Most of us have multiple doubts when renting a vehicle. It will be easy, it will be difficult, it will be expensive, it will be tedious ?, in Green Go we want to help you solve your transport problems whether personal, traveling or business, so we help you with this small practical guide.

¿ WHAT DOES MY RATE INCLUDE?

    • Full Coverage Insurances with $1000 deductible.
    • Taxes.
    • Free mileage.


CAN I ENTER MY SUV VEHICLE TO RIVERS OR SEAS?

According to the Costa Rican law, you can NOT drive a vehicle through rivers, lagoons or similar. Any damage to the car is the total responsibility of the customer, according to the specifications established in the rental agreement.


WILL THE VEHICLE BE DELIVERED IN ANY PART OF THE COUNTRY?

Yes, we can deliver the vehicle anywhere in the country, through a system of differentiated delivery rates, with free delivery points.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE ANY DAMAGE TO THE RENTED VEHICLE?

All our vehicles have insurance for vehicle damages and damages to third parties, which have a deductible of $ 1000 in case of any eventuality. This item will be charged to the card with which the deposit is taken. This charge is ignored if the total coverage is taken.


CAN I TRAVEL WITH PETS IN THE CAR?

No. In case of delivering with animal hair, we will charge a extreme dirt fee.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates are for periods of 24 hours.
• After 4 hours of late return, you will be charged with the daily rate.
• Vehicles can not leave Costa Rica.
• It is allowed to enroll additional drivers for an additional cost, except when this is exonerated by a promotion.
• The guarantee deposit will be unlocked in a period between 48 and 72 business hours, this may vary depending on the brand of the card and the issuing bank.
• Reception service at the airport when there is flight information. The person who rents will be received at the airport exit door by a representative of Green Go Rentacar, with a sign with our logo, name and flight number.
• The delivery at Juan Santamaría Airport (SJO) and Daniel Oduber (LIR) will be free as long as the requested category is available at the offices that correspond to each airport.
• We deliver vehicles at your hotel at no additional charge, in the cities we serve within a 20-kilometer radius of any office.
• Basic insurance is mandatory and insurance declines are not accepted..
• The full coverage insurance is optional.
• They can apply extra costs for one-way or drop-off rents. Consult: info@greengorentcar.com.
• All our rentals are free mileage.
• It is forbidden to travel with pets unless they are guide dogs, and this is requested with the reservation.
• If the vehicle is returned in extreme dirt conditions you will be charged a cleaning fee. This can include cleaning carpets, ceilings and seats, either by mud, animal hair among others.
• No subletting of the vehicle to third parties.
• It is forbidden to tow trailers or any other vehicle..
• It is forbidden to overload the vehicle in terms of passengers or cargo.
• It is forbidden to carry out mechanical and body repairs to the vehicle or to incorporate accessories of any nature to the vehicle, in which case an additional charge will be transferred, depending on the modifications, to return the vehicle in the original condition in which it was delivered.
• It is forbidden to transport flammable materials, drugs, narcotics or any other object that goes against national legal provisions in the vehicle...
• It is forbidden to use the vehicle for trade or paid transport of people.
• It is forbidden to smoke inside the vehicle, in which case, an additional cleaning charge and / or damage will be transferred...
• Any traffic fine that is granted due to lack or omission of the transit law in force in Costa Rica must be canceled by the customer or it will be charged to his guarantee deposit.
